DARKGAME is a dark thriller in the vein of Saw-meets-Seven.
Innocent victims have been kidnapped and held captive, forced to play out a deadly reality game show, broadcast on the dark web, for the entertainment of the criminal underworld who gamble on the results.
For the PRESENTER of the game, a psychopathic entertainer, this is just the beginning of his search for fame and glory.
Meanwhile, a determined Detective in the Portland PD heads up the task force assigned to the case. They look for clues in the broadcasts, anything to help them track down the location of the game. Matters only escalate once the story breaks, when the dark web broadcasts are re-shown in public facing social media, raising the stakes, and bringing scrutiny on every action the police take.
Helplessly, the world watches as the victim’s numbers reduce day by day, whilst the detective and his team find themselves in a race against time to save the captives.
